self to emerge. You will learn the real connection and relationship of the neck, head and back, which enlivens the whole body and mind.
You will learn how to use a deliberate pause which empowers the human being to react to internal or external stimuli in a non-habitual way, thus giving a freedom of choice of how to respond.
Coupled with 'hands-on' guided instructions to the body; a new use gradually evolves along with a new sense of self, which is more efficient and at the same time releases tensions.
